The delivery period begins upon conclusion of a valid order and once all execution details have been clarified and the buyer has fulfilled all requirements. We make every effort, at our own discretion, to deliver orders on time. The stated delivery times are to be understood as approximate targets, may be adjusted at any time, and are not binding. Partial deliveries are permitted. Failure to deliver, incomplete delivery, or delayed delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or to claim any compensation, such as damages, waiting time charges, crane costs, etc.
Delivery Costs
According to actual costs incurred; surcharges apply for deliveries at off-peak times (before 10 a.m.) and for fixed delivery dates.
Returns
Returns are generally only accepted with the explicit consent of the supplier. Transport and any disposal costs are borne by the buyer. Goods are returned at the buyer’s risk and expense. Aerogel products in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be credited at 90% of the net goods value. Opened goods or goods not in perfect condition will be reimbursed at the supplier’s discretion. The supplier reserves the right to charge the buyer for inspection costs of defective or incomplete returned goods or for disposal costs of returned goods. Custom-cut goods are non-refundable. The return of powder components (e.g. mortars, adhesives, plasters, etc.) and accessories in the ETICS system range is generally not possible.
Payment Terms
Existing customers: Payment by invoice within 30 days net or as agreed.
New customers: Orders require advance payment. We will send you an order confirmation with invoice details by email. The goods will be dispatched once the invoice amount has been received in our account.
